Our set of three beechwood-handled silicone cooking utensils really makes the grade.
Why use silicone? It can withstand higher temperatures than nylon or rubber and won't lose it's form when exposed to heat or cold . It doesn't retain any smells or colors from the food it's been used with--even onions and garlic! It's resilient when it comes to washing and cleaning, it won't corrode and it's gentle enough to use with all your non-stick cookware.
Constructed of food grade silicone, each tool is heat resistant up to 482º. The heads are removable so you can wash them in the dishwasher (top rack only).
Included in every set is a yellow traditional spatula, a red spoon spatula and a green pastry brush. Each one measures 12" long.
