The specially-designed well rack and roasting pan elevates meatballs and lets fat drip away from the food. It features three rows that hold the meatballs in place while baking - no messy frying. The rack is also ideal for kabobs or appetizers such as stuffed mushrooms, while the pan can be used without the rack for ordinary roasting purposes.
