How to Shop: This is my first time at the site, how do I use it? For your shopping convenience, we use what's called a “shopping cart” to help you order items online. This shopping cart works just the same as a real shopping cart - it collects items you want to purchase until checkout time!
Simply browse the store and when you see a photo of an item you'd like to learn more about, just double-click on it and it will take you to the product description page. If you choose to buy the item, simply type in the quantity, then, if applicable, select the color and /or size. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button and the item(s) is added to your cart. After ordering each item, you’ll be taken to a screen that displays the items you intend to order, as well as a subtotal. When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout Now" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen that displays your shopping cart and follow the easy steps from there.
At any time during the ordering process, you may delete or edit a product in your cart--including changing the quantity, size and/or color.
You can also add an item to your "Wish List" and it will be saved for you until you're ready to order it! The Wish List is a handy tool to use when you see something you'd like to buy someone as a present in the future.

We remember your billing and shipping information so that you never have to re-key it---but we NEVER store your credit card information (you'll always have to re-enter it). You will create a password to enter your next time, so be sure to write it down!

You may use your Visa, MasterCard credit or debit cards, American Express and Discover. You will need the three digit security code from the back of your card (the last three digits in your signature panel).
You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Shipping Info: Inventory availability: Although we do our best to communicate our inventory availability during your shopping experience, there may be some instances where, as the order is being processed, we may need to adjust the status of your order. In some cases, we may need to cancel items from your order if they are discontinued and we have none in stock to ship. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Delivery options: We use the U.S. Postal Service. US Priority Mail is the lowest cost and fastest delivery time (2-3 business days from receipt of your order). Express Mail offers second-day delivery.
Orders shipped from our warehouse will be processed within two business days from the date of the order. Items personalized (digital photo products) or shipped direct from our suppliers (handbags, laptop bags, blankets) may require 2-4 weeks for delivery. Items ordered together are shipped separately when one or more items must be shipped from the distributor. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Shipping cost is listed at checkout, where you can select Priority Mail or Express Mail.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Arizona Delivery: Arizona sales tax is added to merchandise delivered to an Arizona address.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind all our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within thirty (30) days of your receiving the purchase and we will promptly exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with original packaging and materials. (To exchange or return and item, see the area called “Returns & Exchanges,” below on this page.) (Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they were defective. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
Returns & Exchanges The Store at Komando.com wants to ensure every product and service you receive is correct. We are happy to replace a purchase with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE (RM) number by calling our Customer Service Desk, toll-free 1-800-566-2636 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm Mountain Standard Time.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you received your purchases.
- Repack all items in their original packaging. Wrap securely. All original parts, cords, cables, accessories and packing material must be included.
- All items must be in new condition and must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and software such as CDs, etc. NOTE: Return credit may not be issued if parts are missing or items appear to have been used. In such case, we will return the item to you and no credits or refunds will be issued.
- Apparel must not have been worn, washed or used.
- Kim’s 100% Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the purchase price and sales tax.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will not accept COD deliveries.* see below
- Refunds for credit card sales will be credited to that same credit card. A refund check will be mailed for orders originally paid by checks or money orders.
- Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
- NOTE: If you are exchanging an order for any reason other and a defect or damage, you will be responsible for any difference in price for any exchanged item(s), plus a $2.00 processing fee and shipping and handling.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product that you ordered, we will send you a replacement product immediately and at no charge to you and we will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
Cancel Subscription First of all, Kim thanks you for being a member and hopes you will continue to be a part of Komando.com, her weekly show and weekly newsletters! If you must cancel, log into your account by clicking on the Kim’s Club Sign In button at the top of Komando.com or in the store. Click the Cancel Recurring Billing link. Your subscription will be canceled.
Refund for Subscription Cancellation: Credits will be pro-rated on any unused portion of your subscription on a monthly basis. Here’s an example: If you buy a three-month membership and cancel on the 11th day, you are entitled to a refund for the remaining two months. To receive a refund, please complete our refund request form, including your, name, e-mail address, subscription details and your reason for requesting a refund. We will return your e-mail about the refund status within 24 hours (except weekends).
I Lost My CD of Kim's Book. Can I Get a New One without Paying Full Price? If you lose, break or damage your CD book(s), we can ship you a replacement disc or discs for $5.00 per disc, plus shipping and handling for either First Class Mail or U.S. Priority Mail. To request a replacement disc or discs, please follow this procedure:
- Complete this form, and include your full name, billing address, billing telephone number with area code, which book(s) you need and your original order number. (If you don't have your order number, that's ok--we can retrieve the information by other methods.) - If you received the book(s) as a gift, please provide the full name and address of the person who gave you the book(s) for order verification. - Customer Service will e-mail you with payment instructions.
What's the Wish List Feature? You can also add an item to your "Wish List" (instead of your shopping cart) and it will be saved for as long as you'd like---until you're ready to order it or decide to delete it! The Wish List is a handy tool to use when you see something you'd like to buy someone as a present in the future.
