We stand behind all our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within thirty (30) days of you receiving the purchase and we will promptly exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with original packaging and materials.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they were defective. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
Returns & Exchanges: The Store at Komando.com wants to ensure every product and service you receive is correct. We are happy to replace a purchase with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE (RM) number by emailing our Customer Service Desk. Please enter RM Request in the message subject line, with your order number, name and reason for return or exchange in the body of the message. You will receive your RM via email within 48 business hours.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you received your purchases.
Repack the item in its original packaging. Wrap the item securely. All original parts and packing material must be included.
All items must be in new condition and must be returned with any accessories, manuals, or CDs. Return credit may not be issued if parts are missing.
Apparel must not have been worn, washed or used.
Kim's 100% Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD deliveries.* (see below)
Refunds for credit card sales will be credited to that same credit card. A refund check will be mailed for orders originally paid by check or money order.

NOTE: If you are exchanging an order for any reason other and a defect or damage, you will be responsible for any difference in price for any exchanged item(s), plus a $2.00 processing fee and shipping and handling.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
* If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product that you ordered, we will send you a replacement product immediately and at no charge to you and we will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
Replacements Disks: If you lose, break or damage your CD book(s), we can ship you a replacement disc or discs. The cost is $5.00 per CD, plus shipping and handling for either First Class Mail or U.S. Priority Mail. To request a replacement disc or discs, please follow this procedure:
• Send an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form and include your full name, billing address, billing telephone number with area code, which book(s) you need and your original order number.
• If you received the book(s) as a gift, please provide the full name and address of the person who gave you the book(s) for order verification.
• Customer Service will e-mail you back with payment instructions.
Open Box 30-Day Limited Refund Only Return Policy

• Cannot be returned for replacement.
Products that state "This item is covered by our
30-Day Limited Refund Only Return Policy," or items labeled as
“Non-Replaceable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to us within 30 days of
the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return
policy may only be returned for a refund. “Return” constitutes receipt of the
product by us, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

We sometimes sell items that are listed as " Open
Box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are
subject to a 30-Day Limited Refund Only Return policy. Open Box items can only
be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date and only if the Open
Box item is defective. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by us, and
not the mere issuance of an RMA. We cannot provide replacement service for
these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested by
us for their functionality, but may have very minor superficial physical
defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these
items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer (not the
manufacturer, distributor, or us) assumes the entire cost of all necessary
servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not
covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchase an Open Box product we guarantee only
that you will receive the product itself; accessories MAY OR MAY NOT BE
INCLUDED with Open Box products. We cannot send you any missing accessory, even
if the missing accessory is required in order to properly make use of all the
product’s advertised functions.
