To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE (RM) number by emailing our Customer Service Desk. Please enter RM Request in the message subject line, with your order number, name and reason for return or exchange in the body of the message. You will receive your RM from customer service within 2 business days.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you received your physical merchandise purchase.
Repack the item in its original packaging. Wrap the item securely. All original parts and packing material must be included.
All items must be in new condition and must be returned with any accessories, manuals and/or CDs. Return credit may not be issued if parts are missing.
Apparel must not have been worn, washed or used.
Kim's 100% Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD deliveries.* (see below)
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase.
Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
* If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible within the 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement product at no charge to you and provide you with a prepaid USPS return label.

We sometimes sell items that are listed as " Open Box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are subject to a 30-Day Limited Refund Only Return policy. Open Box items can only be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date and only if the Open Box item is defective. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by us, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. We cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested by us for their functionality, but may have very minor superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or us) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. If you purchase an Open Box product we guarantee only that you will receive the product itself; accessories MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open Box products.
