If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within thirty (30) of your receiving the purchase and we will promptly exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund. (Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they were defective. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
How to order:
Locate the merchandise by browsing or searching the site. Find the list of categories available. Click the category to see the selection of items available in the list. Click the item that you are interested in purchasing. A detailed explanation of the item and any instructions you may need for purchase. Also appearing is a list of suggested items that you may find of interest. When you find something you want to purchase, click “Add to cart”. You can see the items in the cart by clicking "Shopping Cart”. When you’re finished shopping, click “Check out now”. You will be forwarded to our secure check out. We guarantee our site is secure. Enter in your information in the shipping and billing area. The billing information will confirm with your financial institution so make sure it is completed with the same information they keep on file. Choose your shipping method, you will see the live rate from your shipping provider. Confirm the shipping total and address. The next page is to confirm and place your order. Your credit card information will have xx's listed next to the number, do not change this. Check the box "I agree to terms and conditions below". The next step is to click "Continue checkout". The next page will allow you to confirm everything on your order. The last step is to "Place the order". A separate email will be sent to you within a few minutes. And that is how easy it is.

Recalled Items:
As of May 25, 2009, there are two items sold through our online store that
are being recalled and/or refunded. If you have purchased this item from us
please follow the instructions below for a full refund:
Safe Volume® Headphones, EarBuds, and EarClips
This item is being recalled by the manufacturer and distributor.
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC),
iHearSafe is voluntarily recalling its Safe Volume® Headphones, EarBuds, and
EarClips manufactured by Mindsonic, due to a potential lead hazard.
If you have purchased any iHearSafe modeled headphones, earbuds or earclips from
The Store at Komando.com at any time please call our Customer Service Desk,
toll-free 1-800-566-2636 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm Mountain Standard
Time to arrange for a full refund and we will ask that you return this item to
us. We will pay return postage fees.
You may also contact iHearSafe directly at: 1-877-443-2772 to provide the
necessary information.
Mobious Inspirational Bracelet
We are offering a full refund on this item. This item has not been recalled and
poses no known risk to the user.
During the time that we advertised and sold the Mobius Inspirational Bracelet,
we were told that that this bracelet was manufactured of sterling silver. It has
now come to our attention that these bracelets are in fact not made of sterling
silver, but rather are silver plated. It is not our policy or intention to
advertise or sell any product that is not exactly as described on the website.
Therefore, we have discontinued the sale of this item and are offering a refund
to the original purchaser.
We are attempting to contact all customers who purchased this bracelet through
our store. If you purchased this bracelet from us and have not yet been
contacted by us, please call our Customer Service Desk, toll-free 1-800-566-2636
Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm Mountain Standard Time to arrange for a full
refund. You will not be required to return this item to us to qualify for a full
refund as long as we can verify your purchase within our customer database
records. We apologize for any inconvenience.
