SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders shipped from our warehouse will be processed within two business days
from the date of the order. Items personalized (digital photo products) or
shipped direct from our suppliers (handbags, laptop bags, blankets) may require
2-4 weeks for delivery. Items ordered together are shipped separately when one
or more items must be shipped from the distributor. You will be notified if an
item is temporarily out of stock. Shipping cost is listed at checkout, where
you can select Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Please note: Our Second-Day Express Mail by USPS will not ship on weekends
(Saturdays or Sundays) nor is the date your order ships out considered part of
the two-day delivery service. We do not ship orders to Canada.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Arizona Delivery: Arizona sales tax is added to merchandise delivered to an
Arizona address.
Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or being refused by the
recipient will be refunded less the shipping and handling cost.
If you are shipping your order to another person, be sure to contact that
person to expect the shipment. Better yet, consider using our gift wrap option
with a personalized message. That way they will know it is from you.
Inventory availability: Although we do our best to communicate our inventory
availability during your shopping experience, there may be some instances
where, as the order is being processed, we may need to adjust the status of
your order. In some cases, we may need to cancel items from your order if they
are discontinued and we have none in stock to ship. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause you.
